The CIWS
is collecting evidence from injured workers about their experiences with
workers compensation boards across Canada. The CIWS is no longer accepting story submissions.
We are compiling anonymous evidence
from injured workers about any abuses they have experienced by workers
compensation systems across Canada. We do not handle
individual cases but will use your info to compile a
list of WCB
wrongdoing.
This will be done
anonymously. We will NOT reveal your identity without your express
permission.
* * * Please
do not write asking for advice with your individual claim because the CIWS is
made up of injured workers just like yourself and therefore, we do not have the
resources to help all injured workers with their individual cases.
Thank you for your
understanding.
But for
peer-to-peer support, you can register at the
Community of Injured
Workers in Canada where other injured workers may have advice for you or
experience with your specific situation in your province.
